A fabulous 3 days. A small group tour in a well equipped small bus.
The days were fun and busy with lots of experiences. We visited many places in the Margaret River Region. The local knowledge of both Neil McLeod and Rusty really made the trip special. I really felt I had a good understanding of the history and geography of the area. All the meals were excellent with a range of meal choices. We visited some carefully selected excellent cafes and restaurants. The accommodation was excellent too.
We had varied experience such as our visit Mammoth Cave. Rusty had been a guide there so, of course his tour of the caves was terrific. Rusty really is an asset to the company.
We tasted wine, coffee, honey, chocolate... what a treat. We visited beautiful towns, bays and beaches. We even visited Neil's farm to see his horses and guarantee we saw kangaroos. Neil is a master storytelling and shared with us the varied and very 'Australia ' experiences he has had in Western Australia. He explained the history of the region and recommended books to us to extend our knowledge.
A wonderful trip. I learnt so much and met so many locals that l felt like a part of the community.
I cannot give this a better recommendation go on the tour and you will enjoy it!

What a fabulous trip, 5 stars all the way. Can't recommend McLeod Tours and the team highly enough. I had the pleasure of having both Neil and Lincoln as tour leaders and they were friendly, knowledgeable and had lots of stories to tell. Enjoyed wine tastings, oil and coffee tastings, chocolate, incredible scenery and stayed two nights at Margarets on the Beach. The trip was well paced and not at all rushed and the small group made guests feel like an individual and not a number. Thank you McLeod Tours!
Lovely family business.

We travelled from NSW for a look around Perth and Margaret River. Very pleased we chose the family owned and run business of McLeod Tours.
Very friendly, lovely people who chose great restaurants/accommodation etc for us to enjoy.
Recommend for anyone in our situation.

Did this as part of the Journey Beyond Rail package. Loved the small bus as it was a far more personalised way to spend 3 days with strangers. Really pleased with places we visited and countryside we explored. Only disappointment was the last winery which was not a boutique producer, but one whose wine is readily available in bottle shops.
Accommodation was really good and Lincoln and Dusty did great jobs showing us their local area! Highly recommended.
