We travelled on New Years Eve and it was a full boat. The trip was well organised and definitely value for money. Staff were very professional and they entertained us on the trip back. Very good singers!

The skipper was very entertaining, we were lucky enough to see dolphins in the river. The boat was very comftable and staff very helpful and friendly. We had 3 hours in freo which was fantastic explored the round house, markets and gage house for a beer!!

The launch was incredible, we could live on it. Punctual and clean, thank you. Human nature and a lack of manners had it so that there was a scramble to find a suitable seat, solution??? First in best dressed it seemed. Booking seats could be a good idea. Clarity when booking would have been helpful, I was unsure of return trip, booked full ticket and wondered if we'd be on the train back to Perth. Also unaware of dinner option when booking.
Chaos when returning to Perth, again not knowing where to be, lack of signage -could be resolved by lining up at Fremantle end, with seating, in the shade, share costs with other ferries, etc.
Loved the ride on the river, couldn't hear the descriptions, but it didn't matter, too noisy with children and action about. The return journey at 3.45pm was delightful. Very courteous crew. Thank you.
